Know Transformation - Transformation as a Way of Life
Sunday, February 4 | 1 PM - 2 PM
Cultivate a transformative way of living.
Transformation as a way of life is about adopting a 'growth mindset - or 'growth stance' - in, about and for
our whole lives! Research shows that people who have a growth mindset - which includes things like living
life as an 'ongoing learner' and approaching life with curiosity and a sense of wonder - are more likely to be
resilient, know and utilize their inner and outer resources, and be both successful and innovative
(everywhere...at home, at work, with projects, etc.). Using some experiential tactics, this talk will bring
people into direct contact with their own inner wisdom as an inner resource for being on the journey of
transformation as a way of life, and will give ongoing practices for participants to do in their lives if they wish
to live more fully with a growth mindset leading the way!
Yogi. Changemaker. Lover of nature. Dancer. Artist. Healer. Activist. Out-of-the-box thinker. Heart-follower.
Breyn Hibbs grew up in La Pine, OR and attended high school in Bend, only to be called at age 18 to
Southern California to fulfill a yearning to continue learning - about myself, about different cultures, about
the connection between spirituality and leadership and about health and wellbeing. After completing a
bachelor's and master's degree at the University of San Diego and practicing yoga for nearly 9 years, she
decided she wanted to formally study yoga, meditation and Reiki. Her path and experiences have included
the study of diverse world religions, traditions and cultures - specifically through the lens of esoteric thought,
spiritual transformation and women's mysteries. She is a certified yoga instructor, a certified Reiki Master, a
meditation instructor, a ritualist and ceremonialist, a master facilitator of circle-based learning and a teacher
about the power of the heart. She also dabbles more informally in such holistic health modalities as:
aromatherapy, herbalism, flower essences and expressive arts therapy.
